By completing this form, you agree to the following:
- Submittal of this form does not guarantee your reservation. All forms will be reviewed by Town staff who will contact you with the information provided below for confirmation and payment.
- Reservation requests will not be processed Friday - Sunday, and reservation requests will not be not be confirmed for day of requests.
- Full payment must be made at the time the reservation is confirmed.
- The person(s) requesting the court(s) and the group using the court(s) will obey all policies set forth by the Town of Little Elm.
- The person(s) requesting the court(s) and the group using the court(s) are liable for any damages cause to Town property during use.
- Reservations may be moved or cancelled at the discretion of the Town for court maintenance, weather, and rescheduled league games or town events.
- It will be your responsibility to call the rainout line (972-784-0999) on the day of the reservation to make sure the court(s) are open. Users must also be aware of all weather guidelines the Town of Little Elm uses. To learn more about those, CLICK HERE.
- Any organized games or tournaments must provide the Town of Little Elm with general liability insurance that names the Town as additionally insured.
