Tournament Request Form

This is a request form for any desired tournament to be hosted at any of the Town of Little Elm outdoor athletic facilities listed below. All athletic facilities listed below are lighted.

Cottonwood Sports Complex (4 Youth Baseball/Softball Fields with turf infields and grass outfields)
Lakeside Softball Complex (3 Youth Softball Fields, all turf)
Little Elm Softball (2 Adult Softball Fields, dirt infields and grass outfields)
Little Elm Soccer Complex (3 Adult Soccer Fields, all grass and can be broken into smaller fields to accommodate needs, also available for flag football)
Little Elm Sand Volleyball Courts (10 Sand Volleyball Courts)

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee use or approval of the desired fields. A separate contract laying out all required fees, policies and guidelines will be provided upon approval of tournaments. There is a $500 fee required at the time of contract initiation for each individual event.
